The center offers four spaces and each accommodate different size groups and events.
Room Specifications:
Large Conference/Banquet Room: A large room with capable A/V equipment (DVD player, laptop projection hook-up, audio system and large drop-down screen) that can host 175 people (chairs only) or 150 people (with round tables and chairs). This space is ideal for large group meetings, weddings and special occasion events.
Small Conference Rooms: Our small conference rooms include a "work-room," small theater (contains A/V equipment) and board room. Depending on the configuration of chairs and tables, these rooms can host 15 - 60 people. These spaces are ideal for smaller group meetings, presentations and educational seminars.
**Both our large conference/banquet room and "work-room" offer the added benefit of wall dividers, to maximize your meeting space. **
Amenities of the center include:
- Wi-fi internet
- A/V projection equipment in our large conference room and small theater.
- A spacious catering kitchen
- A plush board room with a drop down screen for presentations
- Tables (5' rounds and classroom style) and chairs for your event
- Meeting/event spaces on both levels of the center (ideal for educational groups needing
break-out space)

Weekdays (after 5pm)
Large & Small Conference Rooms - $330 (max of 4 hrs)
Weekends (Friday after 5 pm, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays)
Large & Small Conference Rooms - $500 (max of 8 hrs including set-up/breakdown)
$50 for each additional hour
** All rental charges include use of amenities and initial set-up for your event. Linens may be rented through the Helms Center at a discounted rate. There is a security deposit required for all room rentals (50% of rental cost due 30 days prior to event with balance due 10 days prior to event). Deposit is refunded if space is returned to condition prior to the event and all cleaning requirements have been met. **
ALCOHOL POLICY MUST BE DISCUSSED WITH RENTAL COORDINATOR.
